A. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 1–14 days of receiving your product, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
- Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., software, opened headphones, personal items, clearance items).
B. Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Downloadable software or digital goods
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products with removed serial numbers or missing accessories
C. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@rhynonbp.shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Ship the product back using a tracked shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
D. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item).
- If the item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund or rejection may apply.
E. Exchanges
Defective items may be eligible for an exchange within the return window. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
F. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
